As long as you can claim the child as qualifying child then you should meet the age requirement to claim the earned income credit. Please reference the IRS link below and check out pages 46 and 47.

Yes. Until the child is 18. After 18, you can still claim credit if the child is a full time student, resides with you, and is dependant on your support. |
