If they are students, yes.
If not, no. |

If they are full time students, or mentally / physically disabled, yes. If not, they do not qualify as dependents according to the IRS. |

Only if they are full-time students or are totally and permanently disabled.
If they are not full-time students, they earn too much money to be claimed as dependents. The gross income limit is $3,300 if they're not full-time students.
You can't claim them as a "deduction". Deductions are cash amounts deducted from your gross income that reduce your taxable income. You might be able to claim a dependency EXEMPTION as noted above. |

No, unless they are full time collage students. |

Maybe. Was either of them a full-time student for at least five months of the year? If so, then yes you could claim that son up to age 23. If not, then no you can't claim them, since they're too old to be claimed as qualifying children, and their income disqualifies them from being claimed as qualifying relatives. |

I dont know. Id say its time to kick them out.
I left my parents house at 18 right after high school. You need to get them out
I believe if theyre still in school then your ok to claim them, if not i dont know what the age limit is. |

As long as they are full-time students, they can be still claimed as your dependent for EIC purposes. If not, you can claim the exemption for them but they won't qualify you for EIC. |
