you can try calling information or looking him up on the internet. there is no guarantee that you will be able to get a number, as he might very well not have a number listed.

If you know what city, town, county etc try contacting the local sheriff's office. If you tell them why you are trying to find him, I bet they can locate him and give him the message. |

To insure you contact the right person, I would suggest using a service. But don't do your search online because many for-profit companies will charge ridiculous rates. Instead, contact your local police department; they have the resources available at very low rates (I've seen them charge as little as $0.50). |
