Hopefully, but not guaranteed. Recorded Delivery letters don't have a guaranteed delivery time, unlike Special Delivery which is guaranteed next day. Recorded Delivery just gives you a signed for service, and you can't make any complaint about non-delivery unless its not received 14 days after posted.

Where we live, that would be highly unlikely - I always use 2nd class for normal post because here all the post is unreliable in its delivery. If it really must be somewhere by a certain time, I have to pay the extra for special delivery.
