So if you claim for benefits and tax credits, you have an income and you have to claim for council tax benefit if on a low income.

One of the above and you qualify for free everything including council tax, gas, electric, water, television + DVD, and car with road tax and insurance and petrol.
I pay for all these things for you - it comes out of the taxes that I have to pay because you and the scroats like you think you should have a free ride.
