Note that it will take the Postal Service a few days to deliver it after it is mailed, so if it is mailed according to the IRS schedule on 7/11, you may not get it until early in the week of 7/14.
Some rebate checks in a given SSN range go out earlier in the week, but there does not appear to be any recognizable pattern to predict which checks get mailed out earlier in the week. |

I'm still waiting....
i really hope i get it today (7/11) because next week i am going on trip from Miami, to California. and that money would really help make my trip more FUN!!! man i really need that check. i will be pissed if it doesn't come today.

we are 77, and we still waiting on our check too.... and honestly i dont think anyone has gotten theirs yet thats supposed to be sent out by the 11th...
yea they say to give it 3-5 days for it to come in, but i am hoping that we get our today we really could use it ... |

My husbands last two digits are 95. I check the website everyday and it says on there that my check will be ISSUED july 11th. When I call the toll free number is says it is scheduled to me MAILED on july 11th. I received a letter on July 8th saying we should expect to receive our payment BY july 11th. I received my mail today and NOTHING AGAIN. I have talked to several people saying they received their paper check early. They also say that it tells you an exact date on the phone and the computer the check was mailed and mine still just says the date that is it SUPPOSED to be mailed by. Does anyone have any information to help me out here. THANKS |

waiting....waiting...waiting. my unlucky number is 92....i did receive a letter from the IRS earlier this week that says "You can expect your payment BY 7/11/08." Which so happens to be tomorrow, so we shall see. The IRS website contradicts the letter by saying the check will "be mailed ON 7/11/08" so I really don't know what to believe. I'm crossing my fingers that it comes tomorrow, it would be nice to have some extra money. Good luck to all! |
