When you work you get a paycheck and the Government takes out money from that check each week for taxes -at the begining of the new year you get your tax forms from your checks/income from the previous year then you go and file them to the IRS sometimes you get a Tax return (money sometimes alot sometimes a little) and sometimes you end up owing money back- trust me I dont understand it sometimes myself !!!
