Basically they work for a company or sometimes rich individuals, to manage their money. They make sure the company or individual knows how much money they can spend on different things and work out how much tax or insurance they have to pay.

Depends. If it is in a big four firm (or regional), auditing clients in their year and quarterly financial filings etc...
If internal, work on month end, quarterly and year end year financial close of a company. Involvement in the financial/management reporting within the company. |
