If you mean Ann Administrator, I have no clue who she is, other than an Administrator with the name Ann.
If you mean an Administrator, there are two possible answers:
In an office context, they do all the office stuff like typing letters, memo's, sending e-mails, etc.
In a computer context, they control computers, ussually of a network. They create user account, change settings, add in new computers etc.
If you want to be either, then attention to detail is required as well as good spelling
