You won't get your money back but you can exchange the items you're returning for other items of equal value.

Usually means you can return to exchange for something else. The law does not require a retailer to return money unless the product is defective. Most do as a courtesy.

no refund means you will not be receiving any money back but you might b able to make an exchange
