I don't work for Target, but some of my paychecks from many employers will give the amount of Vacation time as VAC. So I would say yes, you have 13.86 hours of vacation time. Hard to use .86 of an hour. |

It means 13.86 hours of vacation -- not 13 hours and 86 minutes. Remember that there are only 60 minutes in an hour, not 100? So 13.86 hours is 13 hours and 52 minutes. |

I believe that is what it means. That is how my sister's is calculated. She accrues vacation hours.
That is cool that Target gives that to you being a part time employee. Usually part time employees don't get any vacation time.
Check with your boss to verify that it is actually 13.86 hours. |

No it means you have almost 13 and about 45 min. of vacation accrued. You might not be able to use these though until you've been there for a certain period of time. |

yes. even if you are a part-time employee, you still accumulate vacation privileges every month depending on the number of hours worked. |
