Your question is a bit confusing. I have not heard where they ask if the bedrooms are for sole use. If this is the case I would think it means, is it used for other purposes such as an office. Perhaps you can furnish more information |

Sole use meaning only a single person will be living/staying there I assume.. You say on bedroom so is it an application looking for a house? If so then it's probably just after a number of bedrooms... |

It would help if you put the actual line from the application in you question. I would assume that they are asking you if you intend the bedroom to be used as only a bedroom. Many places allow tax deductions if you use part of your home as a home office and they want to know this.Without knowing exactly how they phrase the question it is hard to say for certain. They could also be asking if it will just be YOU sleeping in the bedroom! |
