Usually the seller won't send the item until all funds have been received and cleared and if not then they will email you through ebay or otherwise if they have been provided your email. If you still don't pay then they may report you to ebay and they could also leave you negative feedback on ebay.
OR you can try to contact the seller to discuss the shipping charges if you think they are unfair. |
