I would think they would have to pay up, or be taken to court. Depending on how much and how they were hiding it, they could face prosecution and jail. |

Sometimes the IRS will investigate them. They receive so many calls, they cannot investigate every call that they receive. So they take the more serious ones. Calls about businesses receive higher priority just due to the fact that the IRS can usually squeeze more money out of them. |
