What is gross Salary?

philup58
If you had a regular job, it would be the amount of hours you work times the rate of pay per hour and any benefits or bonuses etc. This would constitute your GROSS income, then your NET income would be after taxes, company shares, pension contributions etc.

krennao
It's what you make before taxes. Net Salary is after taxes have been taken out.

Its all the money you get on your paycheck without any taxes or deductions of any kind taken out... I think the net salary is GROSS for taking out all that money!
