Tax is calculated on a cumulative basis over the year, so an amount of a weekly wage wouldn't come into it. The annual free pay is £5435, which averages out at £104.50 per week. If, say, you are going to college this summer, it wouldn't matter how many weeks you worked, you would still be entitled to £5435 for the tax year, which goes from 6th April to 5th April.
In the early part of the year, the weekly allowance is proportioned, so if you earned over your £5435 between, say, May and September, and then stopped work, tax would be deducted, but you could claim it back as the year rolls on.
There is no age exemption for tax.

Current tax code for UK individual under 65 is 543L. This means you can earn £5435 per year before you pay tax. This equates to £104.52 per week.

hi there this depends on your tax code but as an estimate the average is £70 per week is tax free

Me
You can earn around £5000 a year before you have to pay tax, so if your just working over the summer you could earn up to this much and not have to pay tax (you probably would be taxed because they would assume you earn this every week throughout the year but you would get it back once you stopped working.)
