There is absolutely a federal income tax law, and you will go to federal prison if you don't pay. If you try to "get out of it" with one of those schemes, you will still go to federal prison. The constitution (16th amendment) authorizes congress to collect income tax, so it's no joke -- skip out, and serve time. |
