This happened to me once. I didn’t receive a W2 from a place that I worked for only the first part of the year. I contacted my former employer and informed them, waited a week, called them again and waited another week. After not receiving my tax papers by the middle of February, I contacted the IRS. Funny thing happened, once the IRS contacted the business the forms showed up in my mailbox the next day. Apparently, they will take a warning from the IRS pretty seriously.
That is my advice to you. Look up a number for the IRS and give them a call. They will gladly help you. |

You haven't received your W2 you mean? Call the IRS and report them, it should have been post marked by 1/31/2008 |

Do you mean your W-2 form to file your taxes? If that is what your asking the home office has until January 31st to mail them out I would call the home office ask for payroll and explain that you have not received your W-2 |

When you say you haven't received your "taxes", do you mean you haven't received your W-2 from your employer so that you can file your taxes? If so, you have to talk either to the store manager or the payroll person/department. They had to be mailed by January 31. You should have received it by now. Unfortunately, no other way to go. |

I assume you mean they haven't given you the W2's...
If you can calculate the amount from your stubs then you can file but supply an explanation with the tax forms.
Let the IRS deal with this slacker. |

I forget the time period, but the law does state how long your employer has to give you your W-2 tax information. Perhaps you should just remind him of this. |

The law is W'2 forms are to be post marked by 1/31/08. Let your employer know that you are aware of the law. |

you need to call the irs and report him. that is illegal and they will be fined. it is required that they be given (or at least postmarked) by jan 31. |

I efiled 2 weeks ago and still havent recieved mine. you can go to www.irs.gov and on there is a link called wheres my refund. you need to know your social, how you file and the exact amount of refund. they will give you an approx date of refund. mine is the 19th of Feb....soon!!yeah. good luck and hope this helps. and if its your w2s your talking about, then you need to talk to your manager. they are supposed to have it to YOU by the end of Jan. |

It's illegal for you to not have received your W-2 by now. Mention this to the business owner. |
