Everything a citizen would have to pay.

Property tax
Sales tax
etc.

If you work in NJ and live in another state you will pay income taxes there unless your home state has a reciprocity with NJ. PA does, so if you live in PA you won't pay NJ income tax.

If you're simply a non-US citizen living in NJ you will pay the same taxes as anyone else does; there's no exemption for non-citizens.

taxes where you reside, taxes where you earn. Simpler if you both live and work in NJ, but if you commute to NY you need to file in both states as well as with the Feds.

Well there could be a number of correct answers all of which depend on your immigration status. If you are legally in the US on a Visa and legally allowed to make money the answer would depend on the type of Visa. If you are here illegally, without documents or on expired documents you must file for an Individual Taxpayer Identification Number (ITIN) using IRS form W-7 ( http://www.irs.gov/pub/irs-pdf/fw7.pdf).
For more information of the ITIN check this link: http://www.irs.gov/individuals/article/0,,id=96287,00.html

In the first year that you file a US tax return you must file a paper return and attach the W-7. After that you file each year using your IRS issued ITIN just like everyone else uses a SS#.
Most software automatically replaces your fake Social Security Number from the W-2 issued by your employer with you ITIN once you have one however in the first year you have to write "applied for" in the box for you ITIN.

Are you a citizen of Mars---but work in New Jersey??? You pay taxes like everybody else.

You live here. You pay taxes like everyone else. End of story.

Are you illegal? Then you pay nothing like all the rest of illegals. If you're legally here, than, if you work, you pay taxes. Do you have a job? They will take fica and federal income taxes out. Perhaps you should contact an atty. to tell you what you must do.
