They usually send that out first of the year. Should have received it by now. Call them, make sure there wasn't a processing error. |

You can probably find it on your last statement, which may even be a substitute 1099. Look it up, look at envelope. If under $10 they don't have to send one out, just statement, although you're still obliged to report it. |

Employers are required to have all 1099's postmarked by January 31st. Many employers wait until January 31 so it's probably in the mail. |

I always thought that you had to receive it legally by January 31st. Mine was really late this year for the first time. Maybe they have until Jan 31st to mail it....if so I 'd wait a week then call and complain. |

They are required to mail those out by Jan 31st. So, you should be getting it any time. |

Call them. If your e-filing, which is the only way that makes sense, you can just get the number and use it. If not, they can e-mail you the 1099. Good luck and God bless. |
