Any place advertising that is just giving you a LOAN. You will still need to bring in your W2 when you get it.

You must have your W-2 form in order to file your tax return. While some storefront companies offer high-interest loans based on a projected refund, they cannot actually file the return until the W-2 is provided.

OFFICER SEXY PEACH
nowhere legally, you must have your w-2 to file your taxes in case your paystub don't match your w-2 and if it don't you'll need to amend your return and it's not worth the hassel so just be a little more patient.

be careful, your going to give up quite a bit of money by rushing things.

You may be able to file without W2. However, you should wait till you get all the Forms like W2s and 1099s. If you file based on last pay slip, you may have to file amended tax return if there is any different figure in W2 or 1099. Read http://taxipay.blogspot.com/2008/04/list-of-articles.html

You can not file without your W2 until Feb 15. On feb 15 the IRS will accept substitute w2's.
