Apply for a duplicate SS card at your local SS office. Be prepared to show proof of ID and date of birth at the very least.
Your SSN is also on virtually every tax statement you receive -- W-2, 1099, 1098, etc.
There's no place that you can call for that information, for security and privacy reasons.
OK, send your cousin to the local SS office. |

you should know your own social security since you were given your ssn card for safekeeping ..... and basically coz you use it not just one time but when you applied for a job or got a bank account |

If you go to the Social Security office with a driver's license and birth certificate you can get a replacement card, but they should never give you your number over the phone. |

How could you not know your SSN? Even if you don't memorize it (most people do), you can look at your Social Security card. And if you can't find your Social Security card, you can check with your payroll office or your bank as you can't work or deposit money without them having your SSN. |

i would assume the closest Social Securtiy office. You might have to go down there to present in person documents to proof you are who you say you are |

Call your local social security office. You will have to bring proof of identification such as birth certificate, divorce copy
new marriage certificate and drivers license. They will issue
you a card. Maybe you have recorded your number on
loans credit card job apps.doctor offices you have been to. |
