I'm not sure where you're from so that could make some difference. Here in Colorado it's handled through an escrow kept by your home mortgage company. Calling them should get you an answer. We also get a yearly report from the county. The county does the appraisal and charges the taxes. So you could try and call the county clerk equivalent.

You should be sent that info every year. When I had to check on-line I went to my city's official web site. They had the rates listed by property value and location.
