On computer, type in www.irs.gov, which should give you a variety of links to click on for the specific information you want, and you can size (top of screen, set at 100%), and download the forms you need, regardless of number of pages.
If you're close enough to drop into your local federal building where the IRS offices are located, they have all forms there, or check, before April 15, local libraries and post offices. Take at least 2 of each, use 1 for rough draft. Make copies of all final, signed forms before mailing and staple W2s and other supportive data to mid section of left margin and 1040 form. Have preparer date and sign, also, if using either a free or paid service to prepare your forms. Keep copies of all papers included with return!!! and file in a separate pocket folder or envelope marked with the applicable year. Be sure to seal and mail your own return, don't leave with anyone else. Good luck!! |

Go online at irs.gov, you can download and print forms.
Your public library has forms also.
You need 1040EZ or 1040A or 1040. Anyone can use 1040, but simple returns can be easily done on 1040EZ. |
