Which bank is better for opening NRI account : Indian Bank or ICICI?
ICICI is having separate department for the work. Indian bank may not be having equal infrastructure to help you.
On the other hand Indian bank is a nationalize bank hence you can rest assure about reasonable charges / fees.
But I would suggest ICICI and request you to be very carefull so you don't attract any undue fees

I beg to differ from other answers as there has been no transparency in dealing with ICICI bank as they arbitaririly change their conditions without sufficient prior notice on the charges levied towards their various banking services.There are many hidden charges to fleece theA/C holder.

ICICI among the two - but I would suggest that you look at Citibank also as an option; among the three I would rate Citi as the best.
