Who do you contact if someone you no is living at someone elses house without paying any council tax etc ?
and they havent told the goverment that there living there. The person claims to live at someone elses house full time, but they stay at this other persons house for seven days a week, so who do i contact?

Lestat
You would contact your local council, however, the lodger is not liable for council tax the tenant is.

It is none of your business, the person is not defrauding anyone.

Your thinking is years out of date - you are thinking back to Poll Tax! Where each occupant over 18 was individually charged. Long long gone! Council Tax comes in bands based upon the property value and is paid by the property owner - or legal tenant in a rental. Someone additional living there makes no difference one way or the other. (well unless the Tax payer is claiming a sole occupant discount - in which case he would be the one at fault not the person you are intent to persecute!)

Your local council office will do.

what is your bias on them that you are hardup to get them kicked out. Yes, it is wrong to live somewhere without paying rent. But would you rather they be homeless? Then they will be on the system and you would end up paying in the long run in taxes.
Consider your actions before hurting someone else because it tends to backfire.

Gemini
The local council have a council tax department, phone them and explain!!

Council tax is based on how many rooms you have etc and what band tax that is in.

As far as i am aware it is a free country so keep your nose out of other peoples business. If you do not want neighbours from hell basing their programme on you i would watch what your are doing unless you have the facts to base it up on. No one respects a curtain twitchier.

If the person is falsely claiming benefits again you can only express your concern to the job centre or the goverment fraud squad that deals with denifit and tax cheats (forgot the real name sorry)

Council tax is based on the value of a property, and not on how many people live in a property.

Unless the person is claiming any form of benefits unlawfully, then this person is doing nothing wrong.

they are probably paying only 75% as a sole person living there if anybody else moves in they have to pay 100% the local council office would be delighted if you were to tell them.

I doubt if they are doing anything wrong but if they were I would not blame them. Local councils have become too wasteful and dictatorial. They have too many idiot jobsworths who think they have the right to control the way we live.

If there's something strange
In your neighborhood
Who you gonna call
(Ghostbusters)
If there's something weird
And it don't look good
Who you gonna call
(Ghostbusters)

I ain't afraid of no ghost
I ain't afraid of no ghost

If you're seeing things
Running through your head
Who can you call
(Ghostbusters)
An invisible man
Sleeping in your bed
Oh, who you gonna call
(Ghostbusters)

I ain't afraid of no ghost
I ain't afraid of no ghost

Who you gonna call
(Ghostbusters)
If you're all alone
Pick up the phone
And call
(Ghostbusters)

I ain't afraid of no ghost
I hear it likes the girls
I ain't afraid of no ghost
Yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah

Who you gonna call
(Ghostbusters)
If you've had a dose
Of a freaky ghost
Maybe you'd better call
(Ghostbusters)

Let me tell you something
Bustin' makes me feel good

I ain't afraid of no ghost
I ain't afraid of no ghost

Don't get caught alone, oh no
(Ghostbusters)
When it comes through your door
Unless you just want some more
I think you better call
(Ghostbusters)
Ow

Who you gonna call

Who you gonna call
(Ghostbusters)
Ah, I think you better call
