Actually only corporations are required to pay taxes..but don't tell that to the IRS's gestapo agents....(did you know that your taxes only go to pay off the national debt?) |

The individual income earner is responsible for income tax if they earn enough money to be liable for taxes. Go to irs.gov for more info. |

Any resident of the United States and American citizens abroad must file an income tax return. If their income is high enough they must pay the federal income tax (and, depending on the state they live in, also a state income tax).
The fact that you are employed by a community college is irrelevant. |

Everybody who draws a paycheck in the USA regardless of their visa status must pay Federal Income Tax.
Student visas, work visas, permanent residents, and full U.S. citizens must pay Tax when working in the United States. |

If you work you have to pay taxes. If you are told that you don't have to pay taxes pay them anyway and just get it back when it's time to file. It's better to go ahead and pay then for the IRS to tell you you owe them money. I would rather prepay than to be told I have to pay and not have the money to pay the IRS back. |

Any US citizen or resident who has enough income to be required to file must file a return, and if they owe any taxes, must pay it.
If you are a student getting work-study at your campus, you are probably not required to pay into social security and medicare for the amount you make on campus. If you have another job off-campus, or if you work for a community or other college in something other than a student job, you would pay those.
Depending on how much you make total for the year, you might also owe income tax. |

If the Dems and Republicans have their way, it will be anyone living, and actually taxing life itself... To pay for an inordinate amount of mischief and falsities it seems. Well I think the appropriate answer is anyone who has a tax Id number or social security number which utilizes the Federal Reserve System of credit and exchange and makes a return on said credit. Bottom line is most people who make above poverty are included, although after accumulating enough wealth, you become immune from paying taxes because of your access to people who know exactly how this whole system really works.
And yes, it probably affects you too... |

Yeah, you should have to pay taxes. Pretty much every job that is "on record" will have to be taxed. |
