there is no change in tax rate for firm and companies so u can use old rate more over you can download a detailed calculator for firms and companies ,though the calculator is for the year 2007-08 but u can use it for fy 2008-09 also as there is no change in rates except in case of huf and individual.

The rate for firms and domestic companies for 2008-09

For taxable income exceeding 1 crore:

Income tax 30% + Surcharge 10% + E-cess 3% = Total 33.99%

For taxable income not exceeding 1 crore:

Income tax 30% + Surcharge 0% + E-cess 3% = Total 30.90%
