Why are Jewish people Tax-exempt?

Additional Details
As far as I can remember and from what I have heard from various sources I have come to the conclusion that they are. Can any provide proof that they are and if they are not can you prove that?

They are not tax exempt. Tax exempt status is for churches and its clergy and charitable organizations. Just being of the Jewish faith does not make you a Rabbi.

Why were you born an idiot?
Incidentally, they aren't tax exempt.

tivodan1116
they're not.

I don't know where you got that information from, but it's ridiculous.

You have a flawed premise. Jewish people, as a group, are not tax exempt. I certainly hope you are not trying to use this forum to fuel anti-Semitism. Please consult the website below to learn about tax-exempt groups.

stuart
you are kidding right? that has to be the stupidist comment ever made..

Rob
They are not tax exempt. that is a totally false statement.
Only Charitable Organizations, Churches and Synagods are exempt

Why are people like you alive? Because ignorant people breed. People like you are such a drain on society.

bostonianinmo
Whoever told you that is a MORON. Period! And if you have independently come to that conclusion, please post your research for analysis and comment. Otherwise, keep your dumb-@$$, pin-headed, low-IQ comments to yourself.

Let me ask YOU a question, Small Time? Why don't you have the SACK to allow e-mails to yourself? Dirtbags like you make me sick.
