If you take money from the government that you are legally entitled to, it isn't fraud.

If the government takes money from you that they are legally entitled to, what's the problem? If you don't like the law, then talk to your congressman.

The main reson is that the amount deducted for tax is used fo the benefit of those who are not fortunate enough to get jobs and also for the poor and also disable people. If we can try to take it away from them that would be more like taking away their slice of bread which is their main meal forthe day

One is against the law the other isn;t.

The government makes laws that are passed in the HOuse of Commons and if agreed it becomes the law of the land.

Truth it, love em or hate em (most people hate!) Labour were democratically and fairly voted in 3 times in a row and so are able to pass laws as they see fit within the Commons and Lords.

EDIT Sorry, noticed you meant US and not UK, but they same rules apply.
