You pay taxes on every paycheck. Filing is goverment records to pay the right amount whether you are owed or you owe. Taxes are the price we pay for a civilized nation. |

I'm sorry i'm not understanding you question, if you'd like to clarify your actual question i'd be happy to answer. As far as paying taxes, they come out of your check, if your being paid legally. And once a year you file to get a portion of your taxes back. Was that what you were asking for clarification on? |

I doubt many people hate the concept of paying taxes so that our government, and therefore our society, have the funds to perform their task. Our tax money should go to protection from other countries and individuals, building city and state infrastructure, education, the court system, etc.....
I think everyone would agree to that. The problem arises when you are asked(asked is really not the right word) to send money to a agency that waste much of it, always asks for more money and ask more of you than others.
Think of it as having a spoiled child that spends everything you give them. They always ask for more. They don't do what they are told to do. They invite more and more of their friends over to your house to sponge off you. They constantly lie too you. You get the idea.
Most people understand society pulling together to get some things done an individual could never do. But, they hate sending in thousands and getting about 10 cents worth of services. They also hate the percent they have to send in compared to others. |

well, that maybe because we see so many ppl enjoying themself with our hard earned money. They charge taxes for everything. U pay taxes for all purchases, pay education ces (and whats the point? I mean we pay for our education ourself) , plus pay a huge income tax!
Do u know the ministers (LS) have a salary of 18,000 pm? They afford houses, (most of them more than 2), assets worth crores, costom made cars? And most of the indian population is dropping below the poverty line.
And to top it all, this government is the AAM AADMI ka party! |

I don't think it is so much paying it... I think that people don't like that they can't control what it is going to. I somewhat feel the same way. I don't agree with a lot of the government's programs, yet my money is going to fund them.
For the most part, I don't mind paying taxes when it is within reason. |

we are not scared, people say things about the goverment all the time, you are only afraid of making a mistake on your taxes and getting scream at like your parents did when you were a child , that is all
nothing to worry about, just be honest about paying your taxes, and get it over with, the sooner you pay the sooner you have to worry about it |

It's not that we are scared to pay the tax.
Instead it's about questioning where that tax money goes. I'm sorry but I'm not working my butt off so someone who is capable of working can collect unemployment. |
