if you haven't file for a couple of years and you file your 2007 return you won't be getting the refund if one is due to you. Any deliquent tax returns must be filed before current refund can be issued.
So I wouldn't even worry about a rebate at this time My main concern would be filing all deliquent tax returns before IRS does it for you and you will owe them money. |

I doubt it. Everything I have read says it is going to workers who earned $3000. They have no way of knowing what you earned if you did not file. |

Why would you want or expect a rebate for something you did not pay for.... Try that crap at Sears....Hey I know I did not buy this flat screen TV but I still want the 500 dollar rebate for it. They would throw your butt out into the street. |
