In general, your check will include money for each dependent claimed on your federal income tax return. |

You only get the stimulus rebate for dependents who were under age 17 in 2007. Sorry. |

No, not on any of them. The additional amount is only given for your dependent children under age 17. |

When receiving stimulus payments in order to be paid for dependents that dependent will have to be 16 years of age or younger in 2007.
If the children filed dependent taxes for 07 they will not receive a subsequent stimulus check, since the IRS do not feel that dependents are entitled to the stimulus payment.
The stimulus payment is an advancement on a credit that will be issued out next year. So, although you may not have received the stimulus payment this year you will be entitled to the credit next year. |

No, you will not get stimulus rebate for dependent over 16 in 2007.
If you do not receive full amount of $600 now, then you may get the balance amount when you file your 2008 return, and you become eligible for the tax rebate.

The dependent has to be under age 17 on 12/31/2008. Since you claimed them and your mother they are not eligible for the stimulus check either.. |

You only receive the extra $300 "kicker" for dependent children who were UNDER age 17as of Dec 31, 2007. From what you stated here, none of yours will be eligible for the kicker.
Additionally, any individual who is claimed as a dependent is ineligible for a rebate themselves. |
