Would my current company find out about 2nd job from tax return?
I work full-time right now but thinking about getting a secound job just for extra money.

Would my current employer find out about that at the end of year from tax return? If so, is there any way that i can get around?

Neither employer is going to see your tax return unless you show it to them, so NO the employers won't know about each other.

Your current employer will never see your tax return!

Neither employer will see your return. If you complete your W-4 showing that you have more than one source of income they may get a hint.

Absolutely not! Each employer will send you a separate statement of wages. They will not know about each other unless you (or someone else) tells them.

I wouldn't go to work for a competitor though. If they found out it could not go well in many cases.

Your employer does not see your tax return unless you give it to them.

So no, they will not find out that way. If the second job interferes in any way with the first, you can be fired.

Payroll taxes are based on salary paid per employer. Your gross salary from company A is not added on to your job B salary paid to you.

At the end of the year you will receive separate gross earnings paid out from each employer.

The IRS does not reveal your tax return information to your employers, so the only way they could find out is if you tell them.
