marbella g | Yur paycheck each week $500.If you want to save $2,000 in 1 year, how much you set aside from you paycheck? |

it doesn't matter how much you make in a week but $2000/52 weeks in a year is $38.46/week |

Dats

about 40 a week or get a new job that pays more lol |

You can solve by taking 2000/52 (the slash is the comp symbol for divide) = 38.46 but for all intents and purposes if you have 40 let's say forty shall we. This is assuming that you are not using a savings account, but even if you are the average annual % is only 1.25% (this equates to about .36$ every 3months per $100) balannce. |

payme1397
Just doing the math it's $166/mo. Or If you get paid biweekly, it's $77/paycheck |

There are 52 weeks in a year.
$2000.00 / 52 = $38.46 per week. |

Simple calculations:
If you want to have $2000 saved in one year and want to know how much to set aside each week to attain that goal, here is the formula.
2000 divded by 52 weeks to be safe set aside $39 to 40.00 a week and you will have $2028.00 to $2080.00 saved in one year. Don't touch it once you put it away. |

38.46 per week. $2000.00 divided by 52 weeks. |

pezhead
if you save 38.47 a week, you'll have slightly over $2000 in a year. |

Simple math.....52 weeks in a year and you are wanting to save $2000 at $500 a week equals $38.46 a week |

pokeysangel2001
approximately $167.00 per month or $41.75 per week. |

Dr D
About $170 a month. |

Charlotte
About $39 a week.
$39 x 52 weeks in a year = $2028 |

uninformedfailure
250 times 10 = 2000 something.
So if you set aside 250 dollars for 10 weeks you should make your quota of 2000. thats 2 and a half months tho. |

You would only need to save $40.00 a week to save $2,000 a year.
Doesnt seem like a lot, so it should be obtainable.
I am saying $40 a week for 50 weeks....sans x-mas and your birthday week so you can buy more gifts! |
