Not a. because that is what the pay is BEFORE all deductions.
Not c. because that is what and employer (not and employee) would realize before taxes.
Not d. because net sales is a number that factors into a business' volume after returns are counted. It would only apply to you're income (and then as a bonus, not salary) if you're a salesman.
