Renee | The thieves at HSBC bank Nevada |
Two months ago I received a pre-approval offer from HSBC bank. I filled out the 30 second pre-approval form online and the company sent me a card a week later along with it's disclosures. After reviewing their terms and conditions, I decided not to activate the card as the ape was too high. Less than a month later the credit card company sent me a bill for $58. I called the company and spoke to a rep who asked me some questions and then told me I will not be charged by the company any more. A month later I received another bill from the company, this time for $86 which is the annual membership fee plus a late charge. I called the company again and the rep I spoke to informed me that an investigator would contact me in a week with an update. It has since been a week and I have not heard anything. What can I do to protect myself from this company and are their actions even legal? |
