Ok this is my situation. I messed up a couple months ago and went over what I had in my account, lost my job so I got put on chexsystems. I am receiving a check next month from my trust fund for a lttle over $18000 and am going to pay off all my debt. How do I do this if I cant even open a bank account? Is there a limit or something if I go to the bank where the check is from even if I dont have a account there?
