Approximately 25 yes ago I bought a mobile home and let a person assume my VA loan. After 5 yes this person defaulted on the loan. The VA informed me that because this person had made payments for that long I didn't had to pay the 11K still owed to the bank. My question is can I still get an elegibility certificate. Any feedback is greatly appreciated
